Cell phone should not be used on the road
I wrote how dangerous cell phone is while operating vehicle. There were many crashes reported from cell phone while driving. The rate was the same as drinking risk factor. Eventually if driver knew the risk, they won't put themselves in dangers but still phone was more important making call or send a text messages. The laws now are enacted in prohibits cell phones while driving, if get caught by cop they would be fined. Fines alone won't stop drivers to put aside the phone and pay attention to the road. In one research about cell phone on the road, they are seeking a device to prevent cell phone to work while in the car meaning install all devices in every vehicle. If that's the solution then it should be acted to reduce crashes and makes road more safer.
