My advertisement is about P90X2 which is introducing the next level of extreme fitness. The advertisement has the layouts of balance, unity, movements, and quick simplicity about P90X2. It was from Sports Illustrated on November 21, 2011. Had ever heard of P90X? That was the first one that came out two or three years ago to get body to build up faster and stronger to be in fitness. Now this is new extreme fitness to get body training like a pro. It will be a workout program at home for the next 90 days. From there you can be like pro if you train yourself through this intense body of pro-level training techniques. You’ll be able to generate a lot more force in jumping higher, explosive power, quick-fire agility, in world-class lean and sculpted body. The advertisement had these layouts of the host’s body working out with other lady who’s fit in karate posture. It took place in the gym looking like old school with black and white background with thick bold of “GET THE BODY OF A PRO BY TRAINING LIKE A PRO.” Below that was CD’s of varies workouts with daily calendar and nutrition’s program as well. It briefly explains what it does to be like professional athletes. It target the audience to follow their program to get better result of body fitness. It also indicated free shipping, saving bonus, and make the perfect gift for Christmas!

Elements of an Effective Layout
The tools to make advertisements would require several elements depending on the products or things. These are balance, proportion, movement, utility, clarity, and emphasis elements in making your advertise. All elements would be great to use but not all has to be in it. Balance is what I like the most by having them in the optical center by seeing the area you’re looking at the advertisement. Other part is movements, these are eyes capture in seeing what’s it is doing. Like on TV commercial, great example to see what product can do and what it will be benefits to people. If you’re looking at the sports magazine, it won’t be moving but you can add the wind and image the object goes by. Athletes doing what their professional are and people look up onto them being next famous only if your commitment to it. Unity another elements that I do enforcement in making advertisement; it needs the audience eye capture or mood with colors such as art. This is great to make the product more effective in getting those people to read or hear about it and tell how cool it will be to have. The least element I don’t support at some point is too simplicity for a smart business or too difficult for kids. As long as it is balanced on simplicity then it will be good, it needs some intelligence but also to understand well in upper level vocabulary.
When I was looking at the sport magazine, Sports Illustrated, I’m athletic trainer major who knows lots about sports medicine. Our most concern is about concussion in sports, I was curious what they were talking about it. James Harrison professional football player from Pittsburgh Steelers loves to spear his helmet to other opponent’s head. That opponent ended up having concussion because of head to head contact. At that point, how the old rule of football changed the sports. These elements what I liked because it capture my eyes and my thoughts. They had Concussion written across the pages as title; I liked how serious they balanced and use unity of concussion to make the story

Democracy of Goods
The main quote of this statement from this article. "Thus, according to the concept of the Democracy of Goods, no differences in wealth could prevent the humblest citizens, provided they chose their purchases wisely, from coming home to a setting in which they could contemplate their essential equality, through possession of a particular product, with the nation's millionaires." It means that the product can be used from any classes poor, middle, or rich. It will bring the people good quality of themselves that they have what the rich has. It also depends on money; if it was affordable then everyone would have the same thing. That what brings people to feel good about themselves knowing that they got the best product in the world to do things better, quicker, easy, or simply things up. This is kind of similarities that several of my friends love how the celebrities are dressing up and ends up buying same dress they have to feel good that they fits into upper levels. This is what ads want to show to you the best, quicker, and easier the products or things will be and do. That’s pretty simple what people want to live in, easy world making things better for the future. Now its massive booming business growing to better qualities then people changes to feel lots easier, until then got to replace the old into even better. It will never change but it brings people happy that they are making things lots easier and enjoyable with what they have.
Advertising
There’s so many advertising every day, sometime I did do what the advertising showed and sometime I already did went out to restaurant and then advertising about that restaurant. It was lots of repetitive commercials that get bored, at first it was humor or understanding that they are doing their business. I like when I see a professional commercials showing without stupid ridiculously mascots acting. Any ridiculously commercials, that doesn’t wanted me to buy from there. Most of time everybody wants to sees something funny that comes out of it but most of time hate when commercials time pop out between episodes. You got to wait for your TV show just because of commercials time. When I record a TV show, I tend to fast forward when it was commercial to save my time.
I find some were effective and ineffective. As long as the audience understands what the ads were trying to say and show then it will be effective. I also like when ads were proud sponsors of an Olympics or games. That’s what makes me feel good that they care about Olympics; I ended up eating McDonalds or drinking Coke. The ineffective commercials I don’t like were products being war with each other’s. Like for example Verizon and AT&T Cell Phone Company always have battle to show who’s the best. That turns me off because both are the same thing, both wants to be the best but at all they are the same thing that do the exactly the same.
Other than that, I look forward to new Beef Jerky commercials and Super Bowl day coming up!
